20 Years in Livestock Equipment: What That Means for Your Order

Twenty years in livestock equipment, five teams, two in-house factories and a qualified partner network — what that means for an overseas buyer.

Most suppliers can show you a product. Far fewer can show you a system behind it. We have been working in animal husbandry equipment since 2006, and what we have built is not one factory or one catalogue — it is a supply system that lets an overseas buyer source a full range of products from a single partner, with consistent quality and delivery dates you can plan around.
This page explains what is actually behind that claim: the teams, the factories, the supplier network, and the markets we already serve.

1. Twenty years in one industry

Two decades in a single field changes how you work. We have watched products succeed and fail in real barns rather than in photographs, so we know which designs break, which materials corrode in a wet pig house, and which specifications buyers quietly stop reordering.
That kind of knowledge cannot be bought quickly. It is the reason we can look at a drawing or a photo and tell you in advance where the weak point will be — before you have committed a container to it.

2. Five teams behind every order

We do not run orders through one person who both sells to you and checks your goods. Each order passes through five separate teams, which keeps the responsibilities honest:
Business team. Your single point of contact. Handles enquiries, quotations, order follow-up and after-sales, so you always know who to write to.
Purchasing team. Sources and schedules production across our own plants and the partner network, balancing cost against capacity and lead time.
QC team. Inspects materials, in-process parts and finished goods against the agreed specification, and records the results before anything is packed.
Product development team. Turns drawings, samples and ideas into producible designs, and handles tooling, material selection and design changes.
Logistics team. Manages export packing, documentation, booking coordination and loading, so the goods leave on the schedule that was quoted.
Because these functions are separate, the person who promised you a delivery date is not the person signing off on quality. That separation is deliberate.

3. Two factories of our own: moulds and plastics

We operate our own mould factory and our own plastics factory. This is the part of our setup that most affects what you can ask for.
Plastics factory. Injection moulding in house, which means we can open a tool, change a material, adjust a colour or add a mould-insert logo at the source.
Mould factory. Tooling, mould making and maintenance, where we control tolerances, surface finish and the tooling changes you request.
Metal components and the wider range are sourced from qualified partner factories. This keeps our own focus on tooling and plastics while still covering the full livestock list.
In practical terms: when you want a modification, we do not first negotiate with a third party. The tool room and the production line are ours, so the answer to “can you change this?” arrives in days rather than weeks.

4. A network of more than 100 suppliers across China

Beyond our own plants, we work with more than 100 product suppliers throughout China. These cover the items outside our own manufacturing scope and let us offer a genuinely broad range instead of a narrow one — from syringes, needles and drenching equipment through to feeding, identification and general farm hardware.
For a buyer, the benefit is consolidation. Instead of managing five suppliers in five cities with five sets of documentation, you manage one relationship and receive one consolidated shipment.

5. Why the length of a relationship matters

These are not spot-purchase arrangements. Many of our partner factories have worked with us for years, order after order. Over that time a relationship stops being a transaction and starts behaving like capacity you can rely on.
That shows up in three specific ways:
Best quality. A factory that expects your next order has a reason to hold the specification on this one. Repeat business is the most effective quality control there is.
Fastest lead time. When capacity is tight, long-standing partners get scheduled first. Our standard lead time is 30 days, adjusted for quantity and specification.
Best price. Volume committed over years is priced differently from volume quoted once. We pass that on rather than holding it.
A supplier who expects your next order behaves differently from one who expects a single transaction. Most of what we can offer comes down to that difference.

6. Where our products go

Our products are exported worldwide. Our main markets today are Australia and New Zealand, South America and Europe.
These are demanding markets. Buyers there work to clear specifications, expect documentation to be complete, and will not re-order from a supplier who got it right once. The fact that our main markets are in these regions — and that customers there keep coming back — is the reference we are most willing to be judged on.

7. Let's talk

If you are looking for a partner who can hold a full product range together, quote realistically and ship on schedule, we would be glad to hear from you.
What to send. The model reference, or a photo if you do not have one; the quantity; the species and dose you work with; and, if you want your own brand, the artwork for logo, colour and packaging.
What you get back. MOQ for that item, price, lead time and shipping options.
Standard terms. FOB Ningbo, shipment usually by sea. Usual payment arrangement is 30% in advance, with the balance settled before shipment — and we are happy to discuss other arrangements by email.
Twenty years in this industry has taught us that the cheapest quote is rarely the cheapest order. We would rather quote you something we can repeat, on time, year after year.
